Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original LØCI packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor wear.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new pair within 5-7 business days.
